1. Agreement and Acceptance

• By accessing or using the services provided by TravisLeslie.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Completion and Satisfactory Agreement

• Upon successful transfer and deployment of your website to our server and its publication on the World Wide Web, the contract/agreement between TravisLeslie.com (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") and the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") is considered completed and deemed satisfactory.

3. Additional Work and Billing

• Any work undertaken beyond the originally agreed-upon project scope, as defined in the project agreement, will be subject to additional charges billed at a rate of $100 per hour, unless a fixed project rate has been mutually agreed upon between the Service Provider and the Client. Out-of-scope hours are tracked using time tracking software, such as TimeCamp.com.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment for the completed project must be made within 7 business days from the date of project completion. This payment obligation exists regardless of whether an invoice has been formally issued. The completion of work is defined by the Service Provider.

5. Late Payment Fees

• In the event that payment is not received within the stipulated 7-day period, the Client shall incur a daily late fee of $100 until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment for services rendered, the Client shall own all intellectual property rights associated with the completed project, except where otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [your state], and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your jurisdiction].

8. Entire Agreement

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the Client, supersedes all prior agreements, and shall not be modified except in writing and signed by both parties.
